Oh the night is so quiet

Right before silver stormings

And it’s desperate outside

The disparate insides of a Jekyll and Hyde

Snowflakes fall from the sky

All alone late at night

Reruns and winter warnings

Outside in the commons

The drama of autumn leaves

Absent canopies snowing…

The sky and ground

Have all turned white

And white blankets cover the shoulders
